We have new printing software!
There are a few new procedures in place for printing.
When you are ready to print, choose the printer you would like to print the document. You have the choice of the printer in the 3rd floor lab or the printer in the 2nd floor lab.
Once you have printed the documents, you will have to “release” the print job in order to complete the printing transaction.
To release your print job click on the desktop icon named “PaperCut User Login” or visit http://awabi.law-library.olemiss.edu:9191/user or click on the “Release Print Job” link on the main Law Library website at http://library.law.olemiss.edu.
Log in with the same username and password you would normally use in the computer lab.
After you successfully log in to PaperCut, you will see your account balance and other information.
Click on the “Jobs Pending Release” link in the left hand navigation window.
Find your print job. If your print job is not listed, click on the “Refresh Now” button near the top of the page. Other users' print jobs may also be listed, so be sure you select the correct job.
Once you have found your print job, click on “Print” to print the job and have the charge deducted from your account. If you choose “cancel” the print job will be deleted from the queue.
Print jobs that are not released within 30 minutes will be automatically deleted.
To ensure the security of our account, you MUST log out after you release all of your print jobs. If your account is left logged in, another user could drain your account of funds. Refunds will not be issued, if this happens.
Users may still add money by visiting Jimmy Pitts or David Hargrove in room 316.
If you have any questions, please ask a Librarian or anyone at the Circulation or Reference Desks.
